|
Responsibilities
* Formulates or assists in formulating quality control policies and procedures.
* Maintain the agreed level of quality in client operations.
* Continuously provide information, analysis, statistics and trends to the Team Leader and Operations Manager to meet client’s expectation.
* Facilitates work process using tools and methodologies on the basis of the feedback generated from call audit.
* Barging and auditing calls;
* Identifying the training needs of the agents.
* Makes recommendations on process improvement related projects
* Willing to work on a swing shift (Day shift and night shift)
Requirements
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* Must have at least two (2) years experience as a Quality Analyst handling INBOUND processes
* Familiar with concepts of effective call coaching and mentoring agents.
* Computer Savvy and must be knowledgeable with MS Office applications
* Applicant must be excellent in verbal and written English communication skills.
* Must possess strong analytical skills.
* Keen to details in the process of analysis and reporting and must be accountable for timely delivery and maintenance of reports.
* Goal oriented and must have ability to work independently and with a team.
* Excellent interpersonal skills
