Answer incoming telephone calls and further their inquiry to the correct departments

Obtains, builds strong relationship with customers in person and over the phone and must be able to convert these leads into membership sales

Keeps customers apprised of new promos and service introductions

Keep reception in an immaculate condition

Ensure all incoming members who signs in are paying members.

Must enforce NO PAYMENT NO ENTRY

Ensure front desk is covered at all times

Coordinate all booking of treatments, personal training and orientation

Ensure that all fees are entered correctly and accurately rung into the till

Schedule and administrate changing room checks

Keeper of locker keys. Ensure members surrender their Ids before a locker key is released.

Accommodate sales and receive payment for merchandise sales (i.e. lounge and retail corner)

Will be required to be on the phone collecting monthly membership dues of delinquent members.

 Perform consistently to meet performance standards set by the department.

 Participation in monthly management roundtables and feedback sessions.

Requirements:

Must be fit, have a cheerful countenance and confident in speaking to incoming guests and encouraging them to sign up as members.

Must have a high level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity and in excellent work ethic

Must have a high level of drive and desire to be a winner and achieve all set goals

At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is highly preferred for this position.

Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Collections experience preferred, but will train the right person.

Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment

Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. Job role in Administrative Executive or Others.
